Prior to beginning her career as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, Mrs. Romeo-Boles worked on the applicant’s side representing the injured worker for nearly two years.

Mrs. Ashley Romeo-Boles obtained her undergraduate degree from CA State University Stanislaus in 2008 in social sciences, magna cum laude. Before going on to law school she worked for the Ca Almond Board in environmental affairs. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School in 2012 and was admitted to the Vermont and New Hampshire State Bars in September 2012 and February 2013. After practicing in general practice for several years in both Vermont and New Hampshire as well as working for the VT Liquor Control Board and Vermont Chamber of Commerce, she decided to relocate back to California.
Mrs. Romeo-Boles represents self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in defending workers’ compensation claims. Having worked on both sides, she seeks to resolve claims early on, before discovery costs and other issues continue to grow.
Mrs. Romeo-Boles is an active member of both the California State Bar and is a member of the Vermont and New Hampshire State Bars.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hanging out with her husband and critters and doing anything outside in nature.
