Barbara Cardinal obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in May of 2011 and was admitted to practice in December of the same year. While at McGeorge, Ms. Cardinal earned Dean’s List honors, and served as president of the McGeorge Animal Law Society for two years. She obtained her BA in Political Science from San Diego State University. While at SDSU, Ms. Cardinal played for the varsity volleyball team.
Ms. Cardinal joins Colantoni, Collins, Marren, Phillips & Tulk LLP representing employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators defending workers compensation claims. She aggressively defends her clients while striving for early settlements and cost-efficient case management. Outside of her legal career, Ms. Cardinal is involved in animal rescue and fostering, serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and is a member of the Juvenile Justice Commission for Contra Costa County.
