Christina M. Jackson obtained her Bachelor of Arts in legal studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz, in Santa Cruz, California. Thereafter, Ms. Jackson earned her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, California, where she graduated magna cum laude. During law school, Ms. Jackson’s commitment to producing quality work was illustrated by her academic success, which included earning a CALI award in “Women, Law, and Culture” and being a two-time recipient of a Deans Merit Academic Scholarship. Ms. Jackson complimented her law school experience by serving as a law clerk for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, in Orange County, California.
Prior to joining Colantoni, Collins, Marren, Phillips & Tulk, LLP in 2012, Ms. Jackson worked as a
workers’ compensation applicant attorney assisting injured workers in the litigation of their
claims. Having done so, Ms. Jackson has developed the excellent negotiation skills required
to bring matters to a timely resolution in a manner favorable to her clients. Ms. Jackson became a public defender in Orange County for 3 years after practicing Workers’ Compensation with the firm for 2 years. Christina has since returned to our Los Angeles office defending workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators.
In her spare time, Ms. Jackson enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs.
