Erin Willey graduated magna cum laude from Salisbury University with dual degrees in Finance and Accounting in 2001. While at SU, Ms. Willey played for the varsity softball team, pitching in the NCAA Div III college world series as well as earning Academic All American Honors. She received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the California State Bar in November of the same year. While at CWSL, Erin earned Dean’s List Honors and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the law school newspaper.
Erin has been practicing in the field of workers’ compensation defense since 2005 and has extensive experience representing insurance carriers, third party administrators and employers in all aspects of discovery and litigation. She aggressively defends her clients while striving for early settlements and cost-efficient case management.
Erin is admitted to practice in California, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
