Mrs. Ramirez attended the University of La Verne where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics. After graduation, she went to work for one of Barron’s top investment brokers at Morgan Stanley in Pasadena. After one year, she continued working at Morgan Stanley and entered into law school at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. In her second year of law school, Mrs. Ramirez served as a full time law clerk for a Civil and Workers’ Compensation Defense firm. She worked on the premises liability and police defense team. She was able to work with clients such as Macy’s, Kohl’s, AEG, Target, Best Buy, Fry’s Electronics, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s and Fire Department. She gained extensive experience assisting the attorneys with pre-litigation and litigation preparation, negotiations, site inspections, witness interviews and researching case law.
Upon graduation and subsequent to taking the bar, Mrs. Ramirez became a hearing representative, dealing primarily with applicant workers’ compensation cases. After Mrs. Ramirez passed the bar, she become a workers’ compensation defense attorney in 2010. She is a member of the San Diego County and Riverside County Bar Association. Mrs. Ramirez is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Mrs. Ramirez enjoys reading, coaching volleyball, working out, and spending time with her family.
