Jiblet was born and raised on Mercer Island, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. She started her college career at Washington State University, where she joined Sigma Kappa Sorority. Jiblet then transferred to Western Illinois University in Macomb, where she earned BA and MA degrees in Broadcasting, initially believing she would pursue a career in radio and television. At WIU, Jiblet was active in campus leadership as well as the Western Sigma Kappa chapter, eventually serving as the sorority president. After interning with the Macomb District Attorney, Jiblet left Illinois and her Broadcasting dreams to pursue law, graduating in the top ten percent of her class from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. During law school, Jiblet externed with the Animal Legal Defense Fund in Maryland. She is dedicated to animal welfare and is a staunch vegan. Upon graduating, Jiblet moved to Los Angeles to pursue law, finding her first full time job in the industry as a workers’ compensation defense attorney. She has remained passionate about the work ever since. While Jiblet has defended countless trials over the years, she is well known for bringing claims to an expeditious settlement. Her experience includes complex claims, Appeals, Writ of Review, 132a, Serious and Wilful, and uninsured employers. Jiblet is licensed in California, Washington, and Arizona. Prior to joining Colantoni, Collins, Marren, Phillips & Tulk, Jiblet served as an Administrative Law Judge at the Van Nuys Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
In her free time Jiblet enjoys exploring new vegan restaurants, podcasts, and live music. A massive fan since childhood, Jiblet contends she is the “number one fan of the rock band The Pretenders.” If not at a Pretenders concert, or at her desk working on a claim file, you might find Jiblet at the dog park with her puppies Bo, Mae, Buck, and Lemire.
