Monique Giuffre obtained her undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge in 1996. As her B.A. was in psychology, upon graduation she immediately began working at a shelter for at risk youth. She quickly moved up the ranks from call center operator and on call shelter staff to weekend supervisor, shelter teacher, and ultimately head teacher. She then made the leap to law school, and obtained her J.D. from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, CA in 2002. She passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt and worked briefly for a plaintiff litigation firm.
Monique has worked exclusively in workers’ compensation defense since 2003. She has earned a stellar reputation defending employers, carriers and third party administrators. She thinks “outside the box” to develop creative and cost-effective ways to resolve claims early.
