Nick E. Darlow received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and graduated from California State University Long Beach. He then attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California where he was a member of the Law Review. He earned his Juris Doctorate and graduated cum laude from Whittier in 2006. During law school he also earned an internship with the LA County District Attorney’s office and worked as a clerk in a civil litigation firm.
Upon graduation and after a brief stint in civil practice he began practicing workers’ compensation defense with staff counsel for Travelers Insurance. There he defended Travelers and their insureds and earned the trust of his clients by delivering favorable litigation results and negotiating resolution of claims efficiently. While at Travelers he handled a diverse range of cases including professional sports claims. In addition, he held the position of lead attorney for their Orange County office. He now brings his years of workers’ compensation defense experience to Colantoni, Collins, Marren, Phillips & Tulk LLP.
Mr. Darlow lives in Orange County with his wife and two children.
