Ms. Deutschel graduated cum laude from Loyola Marymount University in May 2008, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. Ms. Deutschel then graduated from Chapman University School of Law in May 2011 with an emphasis in Trial Advocacy and was honored with the Dean’s Award for significant contribution to the development of the law school. She participated on the Mock Trial team, was President of the Student Bar Association and an active member of the American Bar Association.
While attending law school, Ms. Deutschel worked for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and Orange County Office of Independent Review. Since graduation and passing the bar in July 2011, Ms. Deutschel has worked as a Worker’s Compensation defense attorney representing various employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators.
Ms. Deutschel is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Warren Ferguson Inn of Court. She is a member of the California State Bar and Federal Bar for the Central District of California. Ms. Deutschel lives in Orange County and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
