Ms. Gomez graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Law in 2006. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in May of 2013 and was admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Central District of California in December of the same year.
While attending law school, Victoria worked at the California Department of Justice in the Office of the Attorney General, the Public Counsel’s Community Development Project and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Prior to joining the firm, Victoria represented and advised business owners on their legal matters, such as entity formation, partnership disputes, and employment programs. Victoria has also defended clients in various complex business civil litigation and securities fraud cases.
Since joining Colantoni, Collins, Marren, Phillips & Tulk, Ms. Gomez has been representing Employers, Insurance Carriers and Third Party Administrators defending their Workers’ Compensation claims.
Victoria is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, where she previously served on the executive committee for the Barristers Section from 2014 through 2017. In her free time, she enjoys running, attending sporting events.
