Ms. Wesley obtained an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of California, Riverside in 2003. While working a full time job at an investment firm Ms. Wesley attended law school at night at Trinity Law School. She graduated in 2009 and was admitted to the California Bar Association in 2010.
Since 2010, Ms. Wesley has practiced in the field of worker’s compensation litigating health plan liens and subrogation claims, representing self insured employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators.
Ms. Wesley comes to the firm with experience in litigating claims to trial, obtaining early settlements prior to and/or at depositions, working with employers and claims to develop legal strategies, litigating complex claims, analyzing claims for early settlement, and building strong client relationships.
Ms. Wesley resides in Orange County with her spouse and daughter. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and going to the theater.
